At Pure Energy Reiki, I am dedicated to providing holistic experiences to enhance your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through the ancient practice of Reiki, I offer a unique and transformative approach to restoring balance and vitality in your life.  Using a variety of techniques in my Indian Head Massage treatment I can help to release tension in your shoulders and give relief from mental and emotional stress like headaches and insomnia and using the natural qualities of crystals I can focus on your 7 main energy centres.

2 hour packages are also available using rose quartz or aventurine crystal eye masks.  Treat yourself to a luxurious rose or eucalyptus-themed treatment.  Immerse yourself in relaxation with a calming Indian Head Massage surrounded by the gentle scent of roses.  A rose quartz or aventurine crystal eye mask will lead you into a peaceful Reiki session, featuring a rose quartz crystal or crystal of your choice, resting on you, which you can keep as a momento.

The crystal eye masks helps to diminish dark circles, bags and puffiness.  It gently tightens and firms the skin, leaving it radiant while revitalising the eye area for a fresh, alert look.  Additionally, it can relieve headaches, promote lymphatic drainage, reduce anxiety and soothe the mind.
